MY COUGH HAVEN RECOVER YET!. Was Coughing badly during praise and worship during svc. CHILL with bizart @ esplanade, I was super tired that day, it was such a long day!! On the journey home, talk to jenny and she was sharing with me things about the CG. Hmmms, I understand how she feel but I tend to look at other sides too. BUT everything change when I read the teaching on the foundation of leadership (leading like jesus).

AMZINGLY, I look at this teaching on my desk..to take it with me or not..i was on my way to meet jenny for shepherding yesterday (Sunday)..ijust grab the teaching and went out..

I just got the feeling that god wanna me to read..so I READ it.wow..GOD really change my way of thinking..AND seriously I DO UNDERSTAND VERY MUCH why jenny did this and that.. AND now Im convicted and agreed with her.

Im not gg to blog out the whole content of the teaching. what stuck me most about the teaching is the “concentration” point.

Luke 9:62(LB) “anyone who lets himself be distracted from the work I plan for him is not fit for the kingdom of GOD”

From this verse, god emphasized on the importance of FOCUSING!! STAND FIRM! FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS!!!

Next, it says theres a big different between activity and productivity. You can be busy but just spinning in circles, the busyness have binds up your life and you never get anything done. You’re just activity without productivity. AND what turns activity into productivity is purpose! DOING THINGS WITH PURPOSE!!

NEXT, it says it is impossible to please everyone. PLEASE CROWD A, CROWD B will be unhappy..via versa..
EVEN JESUS is unable to please EVERYONE!! But jesus lived for an audience of one..he pleased GOD..John5 says “I only please one person, GOD”

NEXT NEXT, it says everyone has spiritually potential but that spiritual potential is not going to be realized in any of our lives until we break through this barrier- the barrier of deciding whats really important! I TOTOALLY AGREE. Its just a decision, a decision to GET OUT OF your comfort ZONE, a decision to allow god to work through you, a decision to accept your own weakness, a decision to/do DREAM/THINGS for GOD, a decision to decide what is really important to you. IF today you decide to move on, TO GROW, to share the gospel..NOTHING CAN STOP YOU..BE FIRM IN THAT!! NOTHING CAN STOP YOU..NOT EVEN MR.SATAN.

NEXT NEXT, it says there are two things that will limit your leadership and will weaken your identiy. They are comparing and copying. And I think not only leaders..even non-leaders should NOT compare and copy. For it says, god didn’t make you to be anybody else. When you get to heaven god isn’t going to say: “why weren’t you more like so and so?” NO! hes going to say, “why weren’t you more like you?” “I made you to be you and you weren’t meant to be anybody else!!”

GOD don’t wanan us to compare, he wanna us to be who we are..
THEREs always two downsides to comparing: when you start comparing yourself to someone better you GET DISCOURAGE!, and when you start comparing yourself to someone who are worst then you, you will get FULL of pride and ego. EITHER WAY you’re dead in the water..so WHY COMPARE?

The second thing is GOD don’t wanan us to copy! He donnt wanna CLONES. What god cares is the hearts, even a simple prayer like, “god, hi, its me..i wann to let you know..i wanna to love you” AND YES GOD SEES IT..we don’t have to use all those fancy words to praise/worship GOD. AND I REALLY FEEL RENEWED AND REFRESHED BY THE TEACHING..Although its about the the foundation of leadership..but I think some points is applicable for me!! J

“if you’re going to be leader that influences others, and god wants you to be that, you must first become comfortable with who you are. You don’t try to be anybody else. You don’t try to copy or compare. You accept your strengths, which you have that are unique. And you admit your weakness, which you have which are also unique. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE”

Seriosuly, Im really recharge!!! WOOT. BIZART3 LETS GO!! YTD night most of us gathered in msn, 6-7 of us in the conversion and COUNTDOWN FOR the prayer at 12am!! That urge, that fighting spirit and that IRON WILL to evax.. Lets really impact that kinda of spirit TO OTHERS TO0!!! I REALLY WaNNAA GROW GORW GORW GROW SO MUCH..yesyesyesyyesyeyssye. WEE WEE WEE.

Now my sister is listening to “MY REDEEMMMER LIVES” I really pray that she will ROOT herself deep in christ and GROW as well. J YES YES AMEN AMEN AMEN.
