i want to learn sth from PASTOR JASMINE!!!!
that is: Humble to take feedback objectively and not personally!!
FEEDBACK is important for us to learn and grow from our mistake and make it right!!
Sometimes we like to hear what is good about us, and not to hear BAD things abt us! am i not right? we need to change our mindset and start asking for feedback so that we can improve further!

i want to be real before PEOPLE and GOD!
instead of hiding our weaknesses for fear that pple might judge you, why not ack it and surrendered to God?

Recently im inspired by the growth of my sheeps! and i want to affirm them!

Meiyi:Thank God for being accountable, thank god that you are willing to share more things with me. Thank god for ur honesty in areas of ur weaknessess, thank god that you are willing to take up roles and challenges!, thank god that you have changed ur mindset in looking at things! cont to focus on god, cont to dream for god, cont to catch the vision from god and go and plant many seeds in pple heart! cont to serve in ur giftings and skills! God will use you even more in greater measures as you are willing!

Lijia: Thank god for ur joy and laughters tots its very lame most of the time. Thank god that you are willing to take up more challenges to serve even tot you are very busy and tired. Tot u will complaint most of the times, but deep inside you, you do have the desire to serve and want to grow to lead pple. Thank god that you are serving god with ur giftings, thank god for ur sharings! i believe god will use you as a channel to impact more pple!

Jiamin: i want to thank god for you! because even tot u are v quiet at times but i sense that you want to many things for God! thank god that you are open to talk abt any anything! thank god that you are willing to do things even tot u might not wanan it! thank god that you willing to take up new roles and explore ur potential further! cont to seek god daily in ur life, this is just the start! really encourage you to put GOD first in every areas because GOD will not disappoint you! i have seen ur effort in doing the little things, cont to be faithful in little things! woahhh..

Even tot, we might be tired and drained BUT we must REM THIS! we are not ALONE!!
GOD IS FOR YOU AND WITH YOU!
